Real Control

RealControl is a powerful database of all a merchant's transactions, allowing customised searches. All pending, failed, delayed and unpaids are readily available as standard. Batches and files are availble for download.

Dynamic Currency Conversion

Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) gives e-commerce merchants the option to allow their customers pay in their own local currency. This service is called RealFX and is available to all Realex Payments clients as standard. RealFX allows you to price in your own currency while giving your customers the choice to pay in the currency of their card, in full compliance with Visa and MasterCard regulations.

Multi Currency Processing

If you wish to price products or services in multiple currencies to enhance competitiveness but don’t have the resources or the desire to manage bank accounts in various currencies, then our multi-currency processing could solve your problems. Multi-currency pricing allows access to rates on a daily basis and to effect the appropriate price in each currency.

Call Centre Solutions

Fraud Management

Realex Payments provides both its online merchants and call centres with the tools required to manage - and in most cases eliminate - exposure to fraud faced in a ‘card not present’ environment. These tools consist of a combination of fraud scoring, payer authentication, address checking and CVV checking.

Recurring Payments

Recurring subscriptions can be processed via batch file processing as often as required either through a merchant’s current in-house systems or through Realex Payments’ Virtual Terminal, which is available immediately with no integration.
