RealVault is the Realex Payments card storage solution designed to enhance your customers experience and to alleviate your PCI compliance needs.  Remaining compliant is an ongoing expense, by moving your card storage needs to Realex Payments you can save on both time and cost.  We also offer a facility to migrate your existing data over to Realex Payments.  Additionally Realex Payments has integrated Visa Account Updater and MasterCard Account Billing Updater into the RealVault service, meaning merchants reduce decline rates due to expiration of customer card details.

Visa Account Updater / MasterCard Billing Account Updater (VAU/ABU)

To benefit our customers who process recurring transaction, Realex Payments have integrated Visa Account Updater and the MasterCard equivalent, Billing Account Updater.  VAU and ABU enable the electronic exchange of updated account information for recurring billing.   This service helps avoid disruption in customer relationships and recurring payments by keeping recurring customer information up to date with any account changes.  An average of 30% of accounts per year will incur a change to account numbers or expiration date.  VAU / ABU provides updated account information to merchants so that recurring transactions can continue without interruption.

Realex Payments are fully accredited with Level 1 PCI DSS by Visa and Mastercard. Information Security is our top priority and we have invested in extensive controls and infrastructure. Multi-Currency Processing

Multi-currency pricing allows access to rates on a daily basis and to effect the appropriate price in each currency.

• Cardholders will be able to choose the currency they wish to see the product or service priced in

• Authorisation will go through as normal but Realex Payments will apply that day's rate to the foreign amount and settle the base amount to the merchant's account

• There is a single base currency account. The amount of base currency received by the merchant will change on each occasion but cardholders will know exactly what is going to appear on their statements at the point of sale.
