Before having the Realex system, the sales team spent on average 3-4 hours per week processing credit card payments on a manual terminal. This was an extremely timely exercise that reduced the teams selling time dramatically, which had many negative knock on affects. The team were often chasing payment throughout the week for declined payments, adverts were missed if the client couldn't be reached which resulted in missed revenue, unhappy clients and low morale as sales targets weren't reached and consequently bonus missed. The system in place with accounts is now seamless with the payment showing immediately with any errors being obvious from the moment it is entered on the system, therefore, improving customer service levels and saving both accounts and advertising time.
